Confirmation

Ages: 7th – 8th Grade & older!

The Confirmation process at St. John is a two-year program. First year students spend the year studying Scripture and the significance of the Bible. Second year students discuss Lutheran catechism, theology, and history.  

Classes are held Wednesdays during the school year from 6:30pm -7:30pm.

Please Note: Wednesday Worship Services during Lent are mandatory. Worship starts at 6:30 p.m. We have a Lenten Dinner before the service that starts at 5:00. This is a wonderful chance for confirmation students to get community service hours by helping serve and clean up after the dinner.

Community Service hours also are available anytime we have a Potluck, the Chili Dinner, Easter Breakfast, Community Dinners, and Vacation Bible School (VBS).
